A Day in Sam's Life

During his break, Sam listens to music. When his workday is finished, he goes to the gym/plays basketball/watches TV for a while. In the evening, Sam prepares a meal and relaxes with his family or friends. Before bed, he brushes his teeth. Finally, Sam goes to bed at around midnight.
Sam's Enigma

Sam and the Lost Treasure

Steve Learns a Lesson
Sam was/had been/went a pretty careless/reckless/thoughtless kid. He often ignored/disregarded/failed to listen his/her/their parents' advice/instructions/warnings. One day, Sam decided/chose/wanted to climb/scale/go up the tallest/biggest/highest tree in the yard/garden/park. He didn't/couldn't/wasn't able to see/realize/understand the danger/risk/peril he was in. As he reached/got to/climbed up to the top, the branch/limb/twig broke/snapped/fell. Sam plummeted/fell/crashed to the ground with a loud/sharp/painful thud/sound/crash.
- Fortunately/By chance, Sam wasn't/didn't get/sustained any serious/major/critical injuries.
- But, he learned a valuable lesson/teaching/truth: always listen/heed/pay attention to guidance/advice/warnings from trusted/reliable/responsible people.
From/After/That day on, Sam became much more cautious/careful/thoughtful. He understood/realized/learned the importance/value/significance of being safe/secure/protected.
Sam's New Friend
Sam was having a little down. He hoped to have a new friend to play with. One day, while he was exploring in the woods, he spotted something unusual. It was a little animal with colorful feathers. Sam carefully went up to the creature and asked, "Hello! What's your title?" The creature smiled and replied Sam, "I'm Lily!" And so, Sam made a new companion. They spent the rest of the day talking together.
Sam was so happy to have found a new friend. He knew that he and Lily would be great pals forever.
